FIELD TRIP APPLICATION

It’s time to apply for the exciting pre- and post-conference technical field trips that most interest you.

Please note:

• Select your top three preferred field trips in Gauteng (Pretoria and Johannesburg).
• Indicate whether you plan to join field trips in the Western Cape after the conference. Delegates must arrange their own transport to and from the region.
• All trips depart from and return to the CSIR International Convention Centre by bus, except for Western Cape trips.
• Participants will be selected by the field trip hosts, who have invested significant resources. Please ensure you are available for any trips you are selected for.
• Field trips are open to registered conference delegates only. For leisure tours, see WCSJ 2025 Leisure Tours.

Deadline: Submit your application by 16 November 2025. Hosts will review applications and select participants.
