If you want to register after 20:00 SAST on 1 December 2025, don’t worry. You can complete your registration on site at the CSIR ICC, where our team will be on hand to assist you during the event.
Please note:
- Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation (see transport details and official hotels).
- A limited number of travel grants may open for application later. Subscribe to stay informed of when travel grant applications open.
- Each delegate must complete a separate registration form.

- Access to all plenaries, sessions and workshops (1–5 December 2025)
- Lunch and refreshments on conference days
- Entry to conference exhibitions
- Opening and closing social events

Day pass
3,000ZAR per day – Day pass for one day only, per day, and social function (if applicable)

800ZAR per person – Local music, culture, market and food experience on the evening of Wednesday 3 December 2025
1,000ZAR – Companion registration (includes attendance to opening and closing social only)
